Sports Massage / Soft Tissue Therapy
What is Soft Tissue Therapy?
Soft Tissue Therapy (previously known as ‘Sport & Remedial Massage) is a safe, non-invasive therapy involving manipulation of the soft tissues to release tension, reduce pain, restore range of movement and promote optimum musculoskeletal function. It is suitable for anybody wishing to prevent or recover from a soft tissue injury.
Regular treatments are recommended to continually stimulate adaptation and positive change in the musculoskeletal system. If you are training for an event, regular massages can help ensure a healthy range of movement and enhanced performance in your chosen sport and reduce your chance of injury.
Treatments can include:
- Postural and peripheral joint assessments
- Deep tissue massage
- Soft Tissue Release (STR)
- Muscle Energy Technique (MET)
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Myofascial Release
Preventative treatment and rehabilitation advice will also be offered for all occupational, sport and general soft tissue injuries, returning you to functional fitness and mobility as soon as possible.

Reviews
"I have tried many different people but it wasn't until I went to Sarah that I realised that she was someone very special. She really knows what she is doing and gets in to those awkward places and you know that what she does will make you feel so good again."
