LARGE EQUIPMENT Classes
Our equipment class offering. A combination of Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Chair machine exercises for variety & challenge.
Large equipment exercises incorporate a series of moves to open, lengthen and strengthen the feet, legs, glutes, hips, shoulders, back and arms—all the while engaging the core to stay stable and balanced.
It truly is a full-body routine. You will leave feeling longer, more connected with your breath and in touch with your muscles, some which you may not have known you had!
Mat pilates experience is a prerequisite.
Classes are limited to four clients.
