A four session course that teaches you the ‘What, Why & How’. Highly recommended even if you have pilates experience, an absolute must if you don’t.

Learn how to activate stabilising muscle groups and receive a solid introduction to the basic principles of pilates. Covering many of the fundamental exercises this program will help you master the basics to ensure you get the most out of our online classes.

  • A comprehensive ‘LEARN IT’ course that gives a solid introduction to help you get the most out of our Themed classes
  • Normalising, Stabilising and Functionalising Themed classes are offered at three levels - Essential, Intermediate & Advanced
  • Simply progress through the Themes at one level before advancing to the next level when you feel ready
  • If you are experienced but unsure of your level we recommend that you opt for an easier rather than a more difficult level.
  • We will be adding to our video collection to continue to bring you more choice.
Our Levels

ESSENTIAL – Establish the principles, mobilise your joints, start to build strength. If you’ve no prior experience, it was some time ago or if you have recently recovered from back pain then this is the level for you.

INTERMEDIATE – Increases the challenge on core and peripheral strength. Sculpt your body whilst developing your coordination, balance, tone and flexibility. A natural progression from the Essential sessions or perfect if you have consistent recent Pilates experience

ADVANCED – Develop muscle tone, strength & stability further with a focus on muscular endurance. For those with significant recent regular experience. Exercises are progressively modified to increase challenge so this level is perfect for the experienced intermediate to advanced client.
