Evolved offers the following mat & large equipment classes:
Corefit Entry level mat class. Discover your abdominals, get your joints moving & grow taller. A great introduction to Pilates. A half term COREFIT course is required before progressing into more intense classes.
Sculpt Intermediate level mat class. Challenge core and peripheral strength by introducing resistance with the use of small equipment. Sculpt your body whilst developing your coordination, balance, tone and flexibility.
Endurance Intermediate/advanced level mat class but you can progress here directly from COREFIT. Develop muscle tone, strength & stability further by using resistance while focusing on muscular endurance.
Flexifit Suitable for all levels. Combines Pilates and stretching to promote stability and flexibility. Using contemporary methods of stretching, your body will be rewarded with strength, balance and increased range of motion.
Cardiofit Involves full body movement and interval training. Will improve cardiovascular fitness, reduce body fat, stress and toxicity, improve fluid and haemodynamics. Perfect for clients on the ISAGENIX nutritional program, wishing to maximise success.
Performance All levels equipment class. Prerequisite: COREFIT class for half a term. Uses full range of studio equipment for variety & challenge. Here's your chance to have some fun!
So here’s how it works:
Join a class Contact the studio to discuss class options. A completed Health Questionnaire is required for your first session. Your space will be held once payment has been received.
Catch-up classes Evolved knows clients have busy lives. Holidays, late trains, work and sick children can impact your attendance. Catch-up classes are offered once a month, Saturdays from 12-1pm. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to book into the next one. Depending on availability, it may be possible to attend another class during the term.
Terms Classes operate on a three term basis:- Xmas (Sept-Dec), Easter (Jan-Easter), Summer (May-July). Each of these terms have a one week half term break.
Late registration It is sometimes possible to join a class part way through a term if space is available. Simply email email@example.com to discuss.
